Add them to the wrong space and they see work they should not. Done by hand, two people in the same role rarely get the same spaces.

From Slack request to a ready Notion member
A teammate posts the new hire’s details in Slack. Stepwork invites them and adds their teamspaces, in the same order every time.

A teammate posts the new hire’s work email and department teamspaces in the onboarding channel. That message starts the flow, and Stepwork records who asked and when.

Send the invite
Stepwork signs in to Notion and invites the member with the email from the request.

Stepwork adds them to each teamspace named for their department.
