A different path each time
The model may choose different steps each time it runs the same process.
For IT, InfoSec and IAM teams
Stepwork records your process once, then runs it exactly as recorded across every application your team touches.

Cross-app reach
Stepwork works across every vendor, so teams can automate work beyond the reach of APIs.
The problem
When a process controls access, onboarding, or other critical work, every step must happen in the correct order and leave a clear record.
The model may choose different steps each time it runs the same process.
Stepwork follows the process your team recorded, using the same steps for the same inputs.
How it works
Existing processes become repeatable flows that run consistently across every application.
[01]
Perform the task once while Stepwork records each step.
[02]
Turn changing information into variables, or import a table to adapt the flow across multiple records.
[03]
Run the flow on demand, on a schedule, or from Slack. Every run is recorded.
From flows to Procedures
Connect recorded flows with decision rules, approvals, and API calls. Procedures run every step in order, so onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews move from request to completion.

“We've saved going forward dozens of hours every week on things where APIs don't exist, and we couldn't trust ppl workflows. Stepwork is running 24/7 in our infrastructure, so it's working even when we're sleeping.”

Captured in every run
A completed run record
Procedure
Chain flows together, add decision rules, call your APIs, and require approvals where they matter. Stepwork runs the process end to end.
Security
Isolated execution, credentials that stay in your vault, access scoped by role, and a record of every run.
Flows execute in an isolated browser container, either on a machine in your environment or in a Stepwork cloud container. Nothing runs directly against a user's everyday browser session.
Stepwork reads credentials from 1Password when a flow runs. It stores a reference to the vault item, never the password itself.
Administrators, managers, and members see and do different things. Data is scoped to your organization, and single sign-on connects Stepwork to the identity provider you already run.
Each run keeps its steps, outcome, and any failure reason, along with who triggered it and whether it ran on a schedule.
